All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 5pm on September 29, 2025 in the White Pigeon Sanitary System’s office located at 16220 Indian Prairie Road, White Pigeon MI 49099 during our regularly scheduled board meeting.
The White Pigeon Sanitary System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding process, and to accept any bid it deems to be in the best interest of the White Pigeon Sanitary System.
The vehicle can be viewed at the White Pigeon Township office, 16975 US12, White Pigeon MI 49099. Do not make inquiries, mail or drop off your sealed bid at the Township Office location-location is for viewing only.
Please direct questions to Keith Shears 269-625-5506. All sealed bids will be accepted by mail or hand delivery to White Pigeon Sanitary System, 16220 Indian Prairie Road, White Pigeon, MI 49099 until 4pm on September 29, 2025. The outside of the envelope should be marked “Sealed Bid-2011 Chevy”.
Bid Information to include: Name, address, phone number, clearly stated bid amount. If awarded, vehicle must be picked up within 1 week.
